First download Firefox

Then download the Video Downloader Add-On for firefox

After you install this, you’ll need to restart firefox.
Then you should see this icon in the bottom right corner

Simply click that icon this screen will come up

Right click on the “Download Link” > Save Target As …
Name it whatever you want but make sure it has .flv at the end
Now you are ready to convert it for your PSP! This works better if you have the PSP 2.80 UPDATE

Windows Users

Download SUPER - Scroll to the bottom of the page
And encode the .flv file to .MP4 format and place in the VIDEO folder

Mac OS X Users

Download iSquint
And encode the .flv file to .MP4 format and place in the VIDEO folder

Please make a comment below if you have any other freeware programs that can do the same thing, and I’ll post them as well. And FYI iPod formated videos also work perfectly in the VIDEO folder
